Responsibilities
- Drive project meetings and proactively propose solutions, not just take notes.
- Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
- Capable in managing the project from commencement to completion, planning & scheduling works, monitoring progress and quality.
- Keep the team aligned. You are the glue that holds the timeline together.
- Be the liaison between the project team and project clients throughout the project life cycle.
Requirements
- Education: A Degree/Diploma in IT, Business, Management, or related fields (or a portfolio that proves you can do the job).
- Experience: Fresh grads are welcome for Coordinator roles; 2-3 years experience required for Managers.
- Attitude: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of projects.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Location: Ability to work from our Petaling Jaya office (near Taman Paramount LRT).
